Definitions of terms
Winner: The owner or user of the e-mail address chosen at random from all paying 'advertisers' and 'visitors' who leave their e-mail address
Prize: If the chosen winner is an advertiser they will win 25% of the Million Dollar London site’s 'profits'. If the winner is a 'visitor' who submitted their e-mail address for a chance to win, then they will win 10% of the Million Dollar London site’s 'profits'.
Profit: Limited to the total cash sum received at the date of 'The Draw' from 'Advertisers', less any costs associated with running & promoting the site. Only monies received from adverts and commission from advertisers count as income. Running & promotion costs include (but are not limited to) hosting, wages and advertising.
' Profits' made from this site after the date of 'The Draw' are not included in the prize.
This site: Limited to the Million Dollar London website only (www.milliondollarlondon.co.uk).
Entrants: The owner or user of the e-mail addresses of all paying 'advertisers' and 'visitors' who leave their e-mail address.
Visitor(s): The owner or user of the e-mail addresses left after clicking on an advert or when referring a freind.
Advertiser(s): The owner or user of the e-mail addresses of all advertisers who pay for pixel space on this site..
The Draw: Computer generated random selection of one name from the entrants

Terms & Conditions
1.' Visitors' are entered into the prize 'Draw' when they enter their e-mail address after clicking on an advert or when refering friends.
2. Only one e-mail address per advert click will be entered into the prize 'Draw'. You can enter the same e-mail address for each advert on the homepage.
3 . 'Advertiser's will also entered into the same prizev 'Draw'.
4. There is only one winner - if the winner is a 'visitor' they will win 10% of the 'profits'. If the winner is an 'advertiser' then they will win 25% of the 'profits'.
5 . E-mail addresses will not be given or sold to third parties under any circumstances.
6 . The e-mail address supplied will only be used to enter the prize 'Draw' and to contact the winner. If permission was given (by means of the entry form tick bix) the address may also be used to notify them of any Million Dollar London news.
7 . Entrants that have opted out of addition communication by ticking the box on the entry form will only have their addresses used for entry into the prize 'Draw' and to notify them if they have won.
8 . An unreasonable number entries per 'advert' (e.g. from an automatic script) will removed from the prize 'Draw' - including potential valid entries from the offending e-mail address/IP address
9 . There will be only one winner chosen at random from all 'visitors' who enter their e-mail address and paying 'advertisers'.
9 . The amount paid to the winner will be converted to GBP (£) using that days exchange rate as set by Lloyds TSB. The total amount will be electronically transferred to a bank account of the winner’s choice. Any bank transfer fees will be payable by the winner.
10 . The $250,000 prize claim is based on 1 million pixels being sold for $1 each and the winner being a paying 'advertiser' on this site.
11. If there are no 'Profits' then there is no 'Prize'.
12 . The date of the 'Draw' will be announced at a later date, but is likely to be when all the advertising space has been sold or at a date set by Million Dollar London webmaster.
13. Any taxes or charges payable on the winning sum of money are the sole responsibility of the winner.
14. The laws and legislation of the Internet is constantly changing and developing. As a result of this, we reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the terms and conditions.
